We do not accept returns or make refunds at this time.
Please notify us immediately if anything breaks in shipping. We pack very carefully but sometimes breakage still happens. Please keep all the original packing material in case the shipper wants to see it as part of the damage claim. Please email us at email@example.com. We will make arrangements for the damaged item to be returned and a replacement to be sent. If we do not have a replacement we will refund your money including shipping.
