Staurolite goes by many names including fairy stone, fairy tears, and cross stone. Staurolite has a rich lore that follows it. One story is that staurolite specimens were formed from the tears of fairies after they heard of the death of Jesus. Another says they are the fallen tears of the Native Americans while on the Trail of Tears. This stone is a portal to the fairy realm!
